Fellow Gentlemen,
In college and our early 20’s we all had our crew. Our boys who would meet for drinks on Friday, brunch on Sunday, and usually 4 or 5 other days in between. But as we got older, our crew shifted, not because of any one thing, but careers, families, even those little human things (I think they’re called “kids”) just take priority. And while we can never recapture the days of our early 20’s (raise your hand if your body is falling apart), we can find a way to get a new version of a crew together. Welcome to the Gentleman Only Dining Society, or G.O.D.S for short. This is nothing fancy, its great dinner, strong drinks and amazing company. Founded by 5 old friends, the idea is that each month we find a different great restaurant, each member brings a plus one so that we have 8-10 dudes hanging out and enjoying ourselves. Dinners take us around NYC and the outer boroughs, it tries different cuisines and introduces us to some pretty fine gentlemen. This isnt an anti-women thing, we’re not going to strip clubs (not usually anyway) or shit like that. Its a night to get together with the boys and have fun.
